AppLovin Launches ESG Resource, Shows Commitment to a Stronger Community Through Corporate Responsibility

by Katie Jansen on Jan 10, 2022

“AppLovin cares about the long-term benefits of our employees, customers, and community. We’re building a better world together, determined to create positive change for people and the planet.”

By now, just about everyone in the business community has heard something about ESG corporate commitments. It stands for Environmental, Social, Governance.

A strong stance on ESG has been in our DNA since the company was founded in 2012. We know that operating with integrity, intellectual honesty, and excelling through a culture of equality is the basis of who we are as a company and a group of hardworking, committed individuals.

That’s why I’m so pleased to introduce AppLovin’s ESG resource page. The goal of this page is to provide greater visibility into the initiatives and resources we’ve always been focused on and to update you as we grow and continue to add more.

At its core, ESG is for everyone: employees who invest their time and talent in our company, our external-facing executive team, and the people and companies we’ve established long-term relationships with. We want everyone to understand and have access to the ways in which we promote a balanced workforce, a healthier planet, and a stronger community through corporate responsibility.

We’re proud of the work we’ve done to date and you can expect to see an acceleration of our efforts. This is a first step in publishing an overview of these important commitments that sit at the core of who we are as a business, a partner, and an employer of more than 1,000+ people globally.

We’ve set ambitious goals and outlined them here across a range of areas, including sustainability, diversity, and organizational agility – with more to come. When we work together, we can do great things that contribute to a better life for people and the planet.
